"Talented yet unassuming coach with decades of training and the skills to match. This is what all Instructors should be like."
Paul Grey - Training Director British Krav Maga
Chris came to Krav Maga looking for a practical, no nonsense approach to self-defence. Chris found that traditional martial arts offered self-defence training but only as a by product of traditional and sport training. Chris began to look elsewhere for effective self defence training and eventually came to Krav Maga because of it's systematic method of delivering realistic self defence skills in a short period of time.
With over 45 years experience in martial arts, and 25 years as a 4th Dan instructor in Tae kwon do with the TAGB Chris has an solid training and coaching background in striking arts. Chris also holds a black belt in Karate, and has practiced other martial arts, such as Jujitsu, Hapkido and Kung fu.
As well as over 45 years experience in martial arts, Chris holds is a qualified L.3 Personal trainer qualification and a Certificate in sports massage.
